By accessing or using Baat Paki, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Baat Paki is a matrimonial platform that connects individuals seeking life partners, either directly or through professional matchmakers. We provide tools for profile creation, matching, and communication.
Eligibility
To use our service, you must:

- Be legally able to enter into a marriage
- Not be currently married (unless legally separated)
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Scrape or collect user data without permission
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation
Matchmaker Services
Professional matchmakers on our platform operate as independent service providers. While we verify matchmaker credentials, we do not guarantee their services. Any agreements between users and matchmakers are separate from this agreement with Baat Paki.
Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require paid subscriptions or one-time payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Baat Paki. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match or that our service will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baat Paki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
